Who can resist good seasonal strawberries? If you want to please your loved ones, strawberries are always a hit! Since childhood, they've been part of our family celebrations, and that's not about to change.
This beautiful, light, fruity cake is made with an irresistibly soft, tasty gluten-free almond cookie, a delicious, low-sugar, super-tasty confit of garigette strawberries and a Madagascar vanilla ganache. This cream has an incredible texture, like nothing you've ever tasted before, both creamy and light, with a 100% natural vanilla taste. (Nothing to do with buttercream...).
You'll find fresh strawberries inside the dessert for maximum freshness, fruitiness and lightness, but also as decoration for a refined, generous and colorful result to be savored first with the eyes.
Together, we'll carry out all the steps in detail and with very little equipment, so you can easily remake the recipe at home.

9:30pm - 1:00pm: Strawberry entremet course. Chef Nicolas will share his techniques and tips from the great chefs, and together you'll make the recipe from A to Z so you can make it again at home. At the end of the recipe, you can choose whether to enjoy your creation together or take it home with you.
You'll leave with some pastries, a group photo and the detailed recipe in digital format.

What to wear: Preferably comfortable clothes, an apron will be provided.
What to bring: Nothing but good humor and energy.
Duration of Experience: 4 hours, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Address: Rue Bricka, Juan-les-Pins (near the SNCF train station). Details will be sent to you 48 hours before your workshop.
Punctuality: Please arrive 10 min before the start of the workshop.
Minimum age: 13 years
Minimum number of people required: If the number of reservations is less than 4, we can offer you a refund or postpone the workshop.

More than 15 days before course date and time: Cancellation possible, full refund.
Between 7 and 15 days before class date and time: Cancellation possible, 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before course date and time: No refund possible. Possibility of rescheduling.
