  • 1:00 pm - 1:20 pm: a gourmet welcome with 100% homemade pastries and drinks

  • 1:20 p.m.: Chef Nicolas shares his techniques and the tricks of the trade with you, and together you'll create the recipe from A to Z, so you can repeat it at home.

  • 4:30 pm: We finish the recipe and sit down to enjoy our creation together at snack time.

  • 5:00 pm: You'll leave with some pastries, a group photo and the detailed recipe in digital format.

What you need to know...

  • What to wear: Preferably comfortable clothes, an apron will be provided.

  • What to bring: Nothing but good humor and energy.

  • Duration of Experience: 4 hours, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Address: Rue Bricka, Juan-les-Pins (near the SNCF train station). Details will be sent to you 48 hours before your workshop.

  • Punctuality: Please arrive 10 min before the start of the workshop.

  • Minimum age: 13 years

  • Minimum number of people required: If the number of reservations is less than 4, we can offer you a refund or postpone the workshop.

Cancellation policy :

  • More than 15 days before course date and time: Cancellation possible, full refund.

  • Between 7 and 15 days before class date and time: Cancellation possible, 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before course date and time: No refund possible. Possibility of rescheduling.

  • Less than 48 hours before course date and time: No refund possible. No exchange possible.
