Workshop times: 1pm to 5:30pm
Workshop location: Rue Bricka, Juan-les-Pins
We're delighted to open this croissant workshop at your request. On the program: kneading and shaping of croissant dough, mastery of rising and baking.
I'll accompany you and show you each step in detail, with very little equipment, so you can easily redo the recipe at home and enjoy yourself, alone or with your loved ones.
Program:
1:00 pm - 1:20 pm: a gourmet welcome with 100% homemade pastries and drinks
1:20 p.m.: Chef Nicolas shares his techniques and tricks of the trade with you, and together you'll create the recipe from A to Z, so you can repeat it at home.
5:00 pm: We finish the recipe and sit down to enjoy our creation together at snack time.
5:00 p.m.: You'll leave with some pastries, a group photo and the detailed recipe in digital format.

Ce qu’il faut savoir…
Votre tenue : une tenue confortable de préférence, un tablier vous sera fourni.
Ce qu’il faut apporter : Rien ! si ce n’est de la bonne humeur et de l’énergie.
Durée de l’Expérience : 4 heures; de 13h à 17h.
L’adresse : Rue Bricka à Juan-les-Pins, (proche Gare SNCF). Les détails vous seront envoyés une fois votre réservation confirmée.
Ponctualité : Nous vous prions d’arriver si possible 10 min avant le début de l’atelier.
Age minimum: 13 ans
Nombre minimum de personnes requis : Si le nombre de réservations est inférieur à 4, nous pourrons vous proposer un remboursement ou de décaler la date de l’atelier.

Plus de 15 jours avant la date et l'heure du cours : Annulation possible, remboursement intégral
Entre 7 et 15 jours avant le jour et l'heure du cours : Annulation possible, remboursement 50% du montant.
Moins de 7 jours avant le jour et l'heure du cours : Aucun remboursement possible. Possibilité de changer la date du cours.
Moins de 48 heures avant le jour et l'heure du cours : Aucun remboursement possible. Aucun échange possible.
